GPC Painting and the Home Depot are hiring.

Take a look at this subcontracting with the home depot opportunity.

Home Deopt Painting and GPC

Home Deopt Painting and GPC

This is something very similar to a position our company had in the Dallas Home Depot Painting Market.

The transition for Home Depot Contractors and Subcontractors is clearing up perhaps. The arrangement with New Image Painting was terminated months ago, now it seems that Home Depot and GPC have struck a deal for Home Depot Painting Subcontracting.

Some of the requirements below.

Performing estimates with homeowners

· Closing sales

· Working with our installation teams and ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction

· Recruiting and retaining our subcontractor crews

· Working closely with an assigned group of Home Depot stores to ensure associates have all of the information to provide and inform customers

· Managing ALL Home Depot management relationships at the local level.

· Working with respective manufacturer’s representatives adhering to store advertising requirements/programs

· Working closely with assigned contractors to ensure timely completion of homeowner projects

  2. I recently paid for work to be done on my house via a Cleveland Area Home Depot store. They were to paint the entire interior of my house and lay carpet in each room.

My painter (Pete Verdile Via GPC) cancelled the start date with about 12 hours notice on a Sunday evening, and then his crew was about an hour late the next day. Whatsmore is that after they arrived and started working in the house (for about 1 hour), Pete called his crew (because he couldnt be bothered to show up himself) and told his crew I complained about them being late and they packed up their equipment, MY PAINT, left all the furniture they moved where it sat, left my curtains on the floor…and left without so-much as a goodbye. I paid over $2,000 for this work (and signed a contract), and they just leave with all this primer and patchwork on my walls?

I was supposed to have the carpet install on Monday and they cant do the carpet BEFORE the paint, so where does that leave me.

I don’t know about the New Image debacle, but GPC really screwed me by hiring this guy Pete Verdile and his goons.

  3. I paid $4000.00 for a franchise fee to be a sub contractor with GPC (Home Depot) and when the new lead law went into effect, Home Depot dropped GPC on a national level…I inquired about 3 mos worth of work, and like a light switch, they fell off the face of the earth. I lost my fee I paid, never even received a phone call,,.. just an email with a brief message there no longer affiliated with Home Depot. Did anyone or does anyone know about a possible class action law suit ??
